Move-In Checklist
- ✓Confirm utilities are set up and active before move-in day.
- ✓Walk the home and note any existing issues; take date-stamped photos.
- ✓Test smoke detectors, locks, and major appliances.
- ✓Read the lease, community rules, and any HOA guidance.
Move-Out Checklist
- ✓Submit written notice according to your lease terms.
- ✓Schedule move-out and return all keys, remotes, and access devices.
- ✓Remove all personal items and trash.
- ✓Clean thoroughly (kitchen, bathrooms, floors, and fixtures).
- ✓Provide a forwarding address for your deposit accounting.
Deposit & Move-Out Inspection
Security deposits and deductions are handled according to the lease and applicable Texas requirements. Please ensure the property is returned in good condition, and provide a forwarding address so we can send your deposit accounting.
